"Convenient, but Kind of Hit or Miss"
I’ve used Shipt a handful of times, and it’s been hit or miss. When it works, it’s convenient and saves me a trip, but the cancellations are frustrating. I’ve had a couple orders get canceled really close to the delivery window, which left me scrambling to figure out dinner last minute. Customer service was okay, they weren’t rude or anything, but they also didn’t really solve the issue. I’d still use Shipt here and there, but definitely not for anything I absolutely need on time.

"Worth it if you order often"
I use Shipt regularly, so for me the membership ends up being worth it fast. I like not having to think about delivery fees every single time, and it definitely makes grocery shopping feel like less of a chore. To be fair, the experience can depend on the shopper, some are super careful and communicative, while others are just okay—but overall I feel like I’ve saved both time and money

"Missing items were annoying, but support handled it"
A couple things were missing from my order, which was frustrating because of course they were items I actually needed. The shopper was nice, and support refunded me quickly, so that helped. Still, the missing items kind of stuck with me more than the refund. I’ll probably use Shipt again, but I’m definitely going to double-check everything next time.

my shopper was great about letting me know what was out of stock. they sent pictures of replacement options, which made everything really easy and saved me from having to guess what was going on.

"Substitutions make using Shipt frustrating"
I use Shipt every now and then when I just don’t feel like dealing with the store, and the delivery part is usually fine. But the substitution process drives me crazy. I’ll pick backup items ahead of time and somehow they still end up choosing something totally different, or I get a text so late that by the time I see it, it’s already too late to respond. Then I’m stuck with stuff I didn’t really want in the first place. On top of that, the reminders can feel aggressive, like constant nudges to finish an order or respond right away, which gets annoying fast. It just makes the whole experience feel like a gamble instead of a convenience.

There weren’t really any surprises here. Everything was pretty much as I expected, which isn’t a bad thing. It did what it was supposed to do and the whole experience was straightforward. Sometimes that’s all you really want, and I was relieved it went smoothly.

I’m only going off my latest Shipt order, but it left a good impression. The prices didn’t feel wildly marked up to me, and having everything delivered saved me a lot of time that day. Since this most recent experience went smoothly, it definitely makes me feel like the extra cost was worth it.

"Easy to Find Local Stores"
I can pretty much always find the stores near me without any hassle. It’s quick, simple, and just makes things a lot easier when I’m trying to shop locally.

"Easy fix for a damaged order"
A few things in my order showed up damaged, which was definitely annoying at first. I reached out to Shipt, and they took care of it quickly without turning it into a whole “thing.” I got a refund for the broken items, and the shopper was still really nice about it. Stuff happens, but I appreciated how “easy” they made it to get everything sorted out.

I grabbed some bananas and lettuce and both showed up looking really fresh. The bananas were just right, and the lettuce was crisp. No complaints at all. Seriously though, I didn’t expect to be this excited about lettuce.

I’ve used Shipt a few times and it’s been a big help when I’m not up for a store run. Shoppers usually text about swaps, and my orders show up close to what I picked.
Just factor in a tip. They’re shopping and driving, so I usually add one after delivery if everything went smoothly. Overall, solid experience.

"Good service, but the promos can be annoying"
Shipt has been decent overall! 🙂 My orders usually show up fine and the shoppers are generally good. The main thing that bugs me is the promo codes. I’ve had a few that looked like they should work, but then they didn’t apply at checkout 🤷♀️ Support eventually explained it, but it took longer than I expected. I’d definitely like it more if the deals were a little more reliable!

I’m not sure if anyone else has run into this, but my order didn’t really follow the instructions I gave. I tried to be clear about what I needed, so it was a bit frustrating when it came back differently than expected. I’d be curious to know if this is a common issue or just a one-off experience for me.

"Shipt’s fees have been reasonable for me"
I’ve been using Shipt when I don’t feel like making a store run, and the delivery fees have been fair so far. I haven’t had any weird surprise charges pop up at checkout, which I really appreciate. For smaller orders, I still double-check the fee before placing it, but most of the time it feels worth it since it saves me gas and time. Has anyone else had the same experience with the fees staying reasonable? Overall, I’m happy with it, 5 stars from me

"Fixed quickly, but I felt a bit ignored"
The problem did get solved quickly, which I appreciated, but the whole time I kind of felt ignored. I had to wait for updates and wasn’t really sure if anyone was paying attention to what I was saying. Glad it got fixed, but the communication could’ve been better.

"Easy to Use and Reliable So Far"
I’ve been using Shipt for a while now, it’s been a smooth experience. The app is simple to figure out, whether I’m picking a store, adding things to my cart, or making changes to an order. I also really like being able to message the shopper directly if I need to swap something or add a quick note. I haven’t run into any major problems so far, so my personal take is that it’s a solid and convenient option for grocery delivery.
